About Us
Village on the Green Apartments is a market rate community located in Crawford County, MO. Phase I was built in 1998 and phase II was then completed in 2003. Our community currently features 60 one and two bedroom garden apartments throughout five buildings. Our office is located within the upper laundry/rec room that features a swimming pool, laundry, soda machine, snack machine, change machine, pool table, and a small fitness area. There are numerous games for the kids. There is a 2nd laundry room on the lower level parking lot. Out back you will find our dog park.
Drugs, traffic, and nuisance residents are not tolerated. We employ a drug dog service to walk the property periodically to ensure drugs don't become a problem. We have a zero tolerance policy for any drug or illegal activity.
We are pet friendly, accepting cats and dogs up to 75 lbs. Pit Bulls and other vicious breeds are prohibited. Management has the final say in what dogs are accepted.
We include trash service in the rent. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, electric, and internet.
